All Sales Policy
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of many of our products, certain items are considered final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Eligible non-consumable items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, all tea sales, digital products, custom items, and personalized items are final sale.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Twyla Inspires Storyhouse is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if processing has not yet begun.
Once production, packaging, or shipping preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be approved.
